The receptionist was very helpful, explaining all rules clearly. Car registration, key return, and everything. i really appreciated the friendly service in the morning when i asked for the invoice. one staff member even assisted me with setting up wifi on my phone. a helpful experience!
The carpet looked slightly worn, but it didn't really bother me. Considering the price, it was acceptable.

One minor issue i noticed was that the hallway carpets showed some signs of wear.

The staff were friendly, always ready to help. I had an AMAZING burger, and they accommodated my food allergies perfectly. The prices were surprisingly reasonable. I would certainly recommend it.

I found the staff were polite. I could see the hotel was tidy and clean. The family room had things I expected, like tea and a TV. Breakfast included full English items, yoghurts, and fruits. I appreciated the spacious hotel and available parking.
My room seemed dated. The bathroom needed better ventilation. I noticed there was no iron available in my room.

Staff were very attentive . I especially remember the Polish girl at reception, she was very helpful. The staff were friendly and polite always, they are great.
